Abstract:The new era has raised new and higher requirements for the curriculum reform,and the traditional teaching can no longer satisfy these teaching requirements.Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the participatory teaching reform of the "Human Resource Management" curriculum.On the basis of understanding the development history and characteristics of the participatory teaching mode,this paper analyzes the implementation conditions and theoretical basis of this mode,and constructs a primary participatory teaching mode of the Human Resource Management course in order to realize mutual teaching and learning in teaching activities,improve students''interest in learning,enhance students'' practical ability,and achieve the purpose of cultivating applied students.
