In this regard， based on China''s policy considerations and practical experience， it is necessary to improve China''s M&A filing mechanism and competition damage analysis tools， and identify stifling M&A behavior in a timely manner； at the same time， it is necessary to develop post-merger investigation rules to provide a fair and orderly business environment for the development of the platform economy， so as to stimulate the vitality of the platform economy development and achieve the anti-monopoly regulatory purpose of maintaining orderly market competition.
