To discuss the progress， problems and countermeasures of consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty elimination through effective link with rural revitalization is conducive to consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty elimination， promoting the overall revitalization of rural areas， and realizing the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas. However， in promoting the consolidation and expansion of the achievements of poverty elimination and the effective link of rural revitalization， Sichuan is faced with some problems such as insufficient support for industrial development， gradually highlighted problems following the relocation， prominent policy imbalance between poverty alleviation villages （households） and non-poverty alleviation villages （households）， strong dependence on policies， and entangled institutional mechanisms for transition. Therefore， it is suggested to improve the support and guarantee of industrial development， focus on solving the following problems of relocation， adjust the policy balance between poverty alleviation villages （households） and non-poverty alleviation villages （households）， redesign the transitional path of corresponding policies， and realize the transformation and upgrading of the system and mechanism， so as to promote the effective link between the consolidation and expansion of the achievements of poverty elimination and rural revitalization.
