As an important school of psychology， psychoanalysis is of great significance in the field of organization and management. This paper examines the history and current situation of organizational management research from the perspective of psychoanalysis at home and abroad from two aspects of theory and method and research hub， trying to provide reference for the future development of organizational management research. Through the literature analysis of relevant research， the defects of psychoanalytic theory lead to its lack of research reliability， which needs to be improved in terms of methodology. Various personal psychoanalytic investigation methods represented by sandplay therapy should be used to carry out the research of organization and management. In terms of research content， according to the basic logic that complex affects personality and personality affects organizational behavior， personality should be regarded as the research hub of psychoanalysis in the field of organizational management.
