    摘要:

    精神分析作为重要的心理学流派,其在组织管理领域中的相关研究具有重要意义。本文从理论与方法、研究枢纽两个方面对国内外精神分析视域下的组织管理研究的历史及现状进行了梳理,试图为组织管理研究的未来发展提供参考。通过对相关研究文献的分析发现精神分析理论的缺陷导致既往研究信度不足,需要从方法学上改进,应采用发展出的以沙盘游戏为代表的各类个人精神分析调查方法开展组织管理的研究。而在研究内容上,应按照情结影响人格及人格影响组织行为的基本逻辑,将人格作为精神分析在组织管理研究领域的研究枢纽。

    Abstract:

    As an important school of psychology, psychoanalysis is of great significance in the field of organization and management. This paper examines the history and current situation of organizational management research from the perspective of psychoanalysis at home and abroad from two aspects of theory and method and research hub, trying to provide reference for the future development of organizational management research. Through the literature analysis of relevant research, the defects of psychoanalytic theory lead to its lack of research reliability, which needs to be improved in terms of methodology. Various personal psychoanalytic investigation methods represented by sandplay therapy should be used to carry out the research of organization and management. In terms of research content, according to the basic logic that complex affects personality and personality affects organizational behavior, personality should be regarded as the research hub of psychoanalysis in the field of organizational management.
