Convergence media communication plays a role in college students′ learning methods, thinking habits and be- havior choices, which also requires corresponding innovation and reform in college mental health education, so as to adapt itself to the development of the times and the changes among students. Starting from the psychological dilemma of college students in the convergence media era, this paper puts forward some innovative methods for psychological education to im- prove the effectiveness of metal health cultivation in colleges and universities.
