This paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of birth policy adjustment based on the serious aging problem, the gradually disappearing demographic dividend and the continuously depressed fertility willingness faced by the current Chi- nese society. Under the background of birth policy adjustment, this paper analyzes the social demand for further improve- ment of supporting measures in relation to the three child policy from the aspects of nursery service market development, fertility security level and women′s career development. In response to these demands, this paper puts forward suggestions on the improvement of supporting measures related to the three child policy from the aspects of improving the nursery serv- ice market, lifting the fertility security level and promoting women′s career development, and strive to actively build a fer- tility friendly society from multiple dimensions so as to further improve the fertility level and help realize the expected effect of birth policy adjustment.
