The year of 2021 is the beginning of the 14th five year plan strategy and the beginning of the implementation of Rural Revitalization. Promoting the all-round development of rural culture is not only an inevitable move to comprehen- sively promote rural revitalization, but also the innate meaning of building a socialist cultural power in an all-round way. Ideology is an ideaistic culture with distinct social class attributes. There is a close relationship between cultural construc- tion and the construction of Marxist ideology. Marxist ideology determines the fundamental direction of rural cultural devel- opment in terms of ideals, beliefs, values and moral ideas. Therefore, Marxist ideology leads the revitalization of rural culture, which not only enriches the connotation of China′s cultural construction, but also inherits and carries forward Chi- na′s excellent traditional culture, as well as promotes the development of Marxist ideology in the contemporary era.
