    摘要:

    针对民族地区特别是“三区三州”经济发展相对滞后、人才匮乏等现状,民族地区高校如何培养地方急需的思想品德好、民族情怀深、知识能力实、服务意识浓、综合素质高、适应能力强的应用型人才,是一个重要且紧迫的问题。民族地区高校要将新时代教育思想融入人才培养全过程,坚持立德树人,立足地方、融入地方、服务地方,加强学生综合素质教育,培养服务民族地区经济社会发展的应用型人才,提升服务地方能力。本文梳理了西昌学院大学生综合素质教育的实施路径,以期为新时代民族地区高校开展大学生综合素质教育提供一定的思路和启示。

    Abstract:

    The ethnic areas, especially the "three regions and three prefectures", are faced with backward economy and severe shortage of talents. Therefore, it is crucial and urgent for the colleges and universities in ethnic areas to cultivate application-oriented talents with decent morality, deep national affection, solid knowledge, strong intention to serve, high comprehensive quality, and great resilience. Educational physiology in the new era needs to be integrated into the whole process of talent training in the universities in ethnic areas, who should position and blend themselves in the local area to educate application-oriented moral talents with better comprehensive quality and ability to serve the socio-economic development of the ethnic areas. This paper explains the practical path of the comprehensive quality education for students in Xichang college to provide certain perspectives and inspiration for the quality education for college students in the ethnic area in the new era.
