The mixed curriculum, which has become an irreversible trend of modern teaching reform, combines advantages of traditional teaching and e-Learning and merges diversified teaching models and methods according to different discipline features. The course of Mental Health of College Students emphasizes teacher-student interaction and instructive, experi ̄ ential and practical teaching links in the teaching process. Mixed courses can help realize interactive learning inside and outside the classroom and enhance students′ ability to maintain their mental health.
