Abstract:Classroom management safeguards effective teaching in colleges and universities. First-class undergraduate education requires first-class classroom teaching management. However, there are some practical problems in the management of classroom teaching in colleges and universities in China, such as the backward concepts of classroom teaching management, rigidity in setting teaching objectives, subjectivity in curriculum design, the lack of teaching practice training, and unsubstantial teaching evaluation standards. In this regard, the reform of classroom teaching management in colleges and universities must adhere to the learning-centered, competence-driven, and outcome-oriented principle, encourage upda ted classroom teaching management concept, renovate teaching objectives, innovate curriculum system, reform teaching practice and training, and improve teaching evaluation standards, so as to raise the quality of classroom teaching and advance the development of colleges and universities.
