Abstract:In response to the challenge imposed by the 2019-nCoV epidemic on Higher Education in ethnic areas,this research combines the situation of online teaching in Xichang University during the epidemic period with the questionnaire results of teachers and students. It finds out some problems in the online platforms, software, the quality of online teaching, and the efficiency of students' learning, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to provide reference for decision-making on online and offline teaching practices in the post epidemic stage.
