"Pan-entertainment" is a foolish entertainment trend of thought that has been raging in China's ideological field in recent years. It's also a cultural phenomenon in which the discourse of entertainment goes out of its "field" and increasingly permeates all aspects of social life. It increasingly influences college students' identification with mainstream ideology mainly in the forms of venting entertainment and gratifying games, which will not only distort and weaken the valuejudgment of college students, but also weaken the guidance of college education and disrupt the education ecosystem, thereby accelerating the foolish entertainment turn of social tendencies. To consolidate the foundation of university students' mainstream ideological identity, we shouldcross barriers and bridge gaps from the four dimensions of moral, cultural, aesthetic and legal education. Only in this way can we prevent university students from mental dwarfing and renew their vigor to promote their political identity and beliefs. Meanwhile we shoulddevelop the media's politicalresponsibility and reason so thatthey can help advancing students' political education and promoting their career.
