    摘要:

    在回顾我国高等教育发展历程基础上,指出当代高等教育迈进了博采众国之长、主动开放创新、从容自我变革、新内涵发展提升、建设教育强国的新时代之路。但不少高校对其中举措之一的本科应用型转型与新文科建设仍存在困惑或缺乏清晰认知,背离国家及高教发展战略。阐述转型发展的势在必行和中国特色新文科建设的创新性,进一步探讨高水平中国特色新文科应用型人才培养体系构建,以期从理论研究到实际操作共同进行探索创新。

    Abstract:

    This paper briefly reviews the history of Chinese higher education. It points that modern Chinese higher education enters a new era to build an education power by opening up to the outside, learning extensively from other’s strong points, bringing forth new ideas for changes with our confidence, and transforming into new intension development. However, new measures of transforming common colleges into applied ones and constructing new arts have baffled some colleges and universities, which diverges from the national strategy of higher education development. Thus, this paper illustrates the imperative of such transformation and the novelty of constructing new arts with Chinese characteristics. With the hope of further researches with joint efforts, it further treats in detail the high-level system construction for applied talent development specialized in new arts with Chinese characteristics.
