Distressed children problem should not be ignored in the social development of Liangshan prefecture. The quality of distressed children's socialization has a direct impact on their growth, social harmony and national future, and its significance is far-reaching. How to achieve a quality socialization deserves serious consideration. This paper, based on the strength perspective, analyzes the socialization problems with' distressed children' and proposes, from aspects of government, family or relatives, school, society and community, the following solutions: creating a management database for distressed children, deciding on their responsible family guardians, developing a responsibility system for local school principals, strengthening the social support mechanism, improving the rural or community cultural development, and providing precision educational services to help with better socialization of distressed children in Liangshan prefecture.
