      “互联网+学生工作”的开发、应用、创新、研究的心理认同是基于内在或者外在对象的意义肯定。“互联网+学生工作”的 开发、应用、创新、研究有着重要的价值旨趣,包括坚持以人为本,立德树人;结合理论实践,深化认同;促进改革创新,适应新常 态。价值旨趣的实现遵循价值链运作规律,价值链运作规律又是基于心理认同机制,从学生群体、学生工作者以及学生工作理 论与实践研究者三个主体层面揭示了对学生工作理论与实践研究者对于“互联网+学生工作”开发、应用、创新、研究的动机激 发路径指向。
英文摘要:
      The psychological identification for the development, application, innovation and research of "Internet + student work" is based on the affirmation of the significance of internal or external targets. The development, application, innovation and research of "Internet + Student Work" have important value interests, including adherence to people-oriented principles and cultivation of people with correct moralities, combination of practices of theories to deepen understandings, and promotion of reform and innovation to adapt to the new normal. The realization of value interests abides by the law of value chain operation, whereas the law of value chain operation is based on psychological identification mechanism. It reveals the direction of motivation generation for the researchers of student work theory and practice in their development, application, innovation and research of“Internet + Student Work”, based on studies of the three major groups: students, students workers, and researchers in student work theory and practice.
