In the flowing modernity，the politics and power separate due to the free flow of capital in the world，the deepening degree of individualization,and the alienation of society members.Under such circumstance, the private domain invades the public domain, and private distress is difficult to translate into public issues so that the public space is at risk of being privatized.The public decision-making industry has disappeared; the social contact has ceased to exist; and the discipline of the new Common View Prison has risen.With deep practical concern，Bauman proposed the establishment of a basic income system and moral support for others to reconstruct the public space, providing a new theoretical perspective and possibility for us to examine the development of China's public space.
