Abstract:The Implementation of ideological and political belief education should be established on the scientific understanding about individual students and sorts the classes for multiple individuals. This can make our belief education more scientific and practical. In the process, understanding the cognitive differences and personality differences among students is the basic condition for the classification of individuals. At the same time, the explicit features and psychological features of the educated can be divided into dimensions, and pay attention to the application in the process of implementation to avoid students' "excessive assimilation", "alienation", and "the myth of subjectivity". In addition, we should correctly understand the relationships between the collective and the individual.
