    摘要:

    元认知是人对于自己认识活动的自我意识和自我监控,元认知策略是认知主体自我调节的一种学习策略。元认知理论 应用到“高级英语”教学中,则是利用既有的认知积极干预“高级英语”教学过程,一方面促进教师更有效地设计教学内容和教 学策略,对学生学习过程和学习效果进行实时监控和指导,另一方面能从深层次上提高学生学习能力、学习效率,开发学生创 造性思维,改进学生学习方式,从而进一步提高教学效果。

    Abstract:

    Metacognition is people's cognitive activities of self-awareness and self-monitoring, and metacognitive strategy is a self-adjusting learning strategy. The application of metacognitive theory in teaching Advanced English is to use existing cognitive intervention in teaching process. On one hand, it will, more effectively, promote teachers' design of the teaching content and strategies, and real-time monitoring and guidance of students' learning process and effect. On the other hand, it can greatly improve students' learning ability and efficiency, develop students' creative thinking, and improve students' learning methods, so as to further improve the teaching effect.
