Abstract:With pilot running of "peer education" in university's ideological and political education work, and because of the characteristics of its autonomy, universality and specification coupled with advantages of“smooth communication, timeliness, easy to management",“peer education" is popular with major colleges. But there are also many problems, such as peer educators in colleges“lack of service sense, weak comprehensive ability, and management behaviors suspected and so on ". To solve these problems, it is urgent to strengthen the peer educators’ sense of service and to promote their comprehensive ability, to optimize their public confidence , and to improve the training mechanism of peer educator and so on
