Abstract:At present, because of the poor effective participation of legal practitioners into education and teaching affairs of law major at bachelor-level in China's universities, China is badly in need of a rational top mechanism to guide legal practitioners effectively participate into the affairs. The tradition, method and innovation of legal practitioners participating into education and teaching affairs of law major at bachelor-level in the U.K's, the U.S.A's and the Hong Kong's universities have provided a lot of useful experience for China to design related mechanism. The law educational field and the law practical field together should set up education steering committee of law major at bachelor-level. And the committee should have duties such as drawing up creating standards for law school, evaluating cultivating quality of law major students at bachelor-level, drawing up cultivation program and etc. The two fields should make clear the participating extent that legal practitioners teach in legal technique and legal profession morality field, and should implement such ways as using mechanism of legal apprentice resources, reputation excitation mechanism and etc to encourage legal practitioners to consciously and actively participate into the affairs, and should also lay down rational selecting standards of legal practitioners to safeguard the quality and the level that legal practitioners participate into the affairs.
