"Internet + " era has had a far-reaching impact on our education, especially the demand for innovative talents in universities increasingly. However, through the analysis of the current model of innovative talents training in universities, there are some serious problems in the following four aspects: the personnel training orientation, teaching mode, teaching evaluation and practice. Therefore, universities need to use Internet technology and thinking to clarify the "integration of four dimensions" of innovative talents training orientation, change the traditional teaching mode, establish a variety of teaching evaluation system and create platform of innovative personnel training to meet the new era needs of innovative talents.
