Abstract: Gramsci's cultural hegemony theory is a creative exploration and therefore has a certain exemplary. Historical mission of practical philosophy，"consent" field of civil society and the social position of organized intellectuals is the hegemony of an organic inner bond, and provide a full description of the reasonable practice of the cultural leadership. However, the essence of the debate is not completed in the theoretical exploration. So today it seems that it still has some difficulties in practice. It is undeniable that the current Chinese discourse construction and cultural hegemony theory have a history of understanding. Therefore, we should accurately grasp the historical concern of the cultural hegemony and break through the dilemma of cultural leadership. And on this basis, we should construct the Chinese discourse in many dimensions according to contemporary reality
