The cores of Action Learning Theory are students, practice and ability, that is, to learn through action. Following the project of being the national model vocational college, Chengdu Textile College implemented the reform on English teaching under the guidance of Action Learning Theory and it proved to be helpful to the reform of teachers' development, student-oriented teaching mode, and complex assessment system, which shows the instructive significance of Action Learning Theory on vocational English teaching.
