    摘要:

    高校的学风建设一直是高校教育与管理的重点,如何最大限度地调动学生学习的主动性与积极性也是教育关注的一个 难点,寝室作为学生生活学习的重要场所在学校的学风建设中发挥着重要作用。目前来看,很多学校的寝室建设并没有发挥 其应有的作用,只是教育管理的一个辅助角色,高校在寝室学风建设中普遍存在寝室整体学习态度与学习效能感不高;寝室学 习投入时间不均衡,呈阶段性差异;寝室缺乏必要的学风管理制度与约束;性别、专业、年级之间存在较大差异等问题。为此, 可以从思想、制度、环境、落实等方面入手,引导学生不断提升学习的认识,通过制度的规范与创新不断提升寝室的基础作用, 为高校学风建设的提升做工作。

    Abstract:

    The construction of study style in universities has been the focus of the education and management, and how to motivates the students to learn actively has also been the focus of education. A dormitory, as an important place for students to learn and live, plays a key role. Currently, many school dormitories don't play its due role, while just being a supplementary role in management. In the construction of study style, a common problem is that students in some domitories lack the learning attitude and learning efficiency. Also there are some other problems to be solved such as the imbalance of learning time and lack of discipline. It is hoped that help the construction of study style the reform and innovation of management can from the aspects of thought, system, environment, and implementation, thus to provide students a new learning awareness.
