Abstract:Since the theory of Eco-feminism was born in the 1970s, it attracted wild attention. Scholars from abroad and at home start to try to interpret literature works from Eco-feminism perspective in order to reveal their Eco-feminist value. The third novel written by Gloria Naylor Mama Day consolidated her literature status in African American Literature. The relationship between women and nature in the novel is the topic of study for scholars. This essay aims at analyzing the harmonious relationship between women and nature from natural ecology, social ecology and spiritual ecology perspectives to manifest Naylor’s Eco-feminism wholeness view and to build a beautiful homeland with harmonious relationship between men and women, human beings and nature
