To comprehensively promote the legal system requires the whole society to establish the concept of legal system, to enhance the sense of legal system, in particular, to strengthen the college students' awareness. This paper believes that the awareness of the students can be raised from five aspects: the national policy, the social public opinion, school education, family education, and individual thought. It meets the needs of the construction of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.
