The paper contains three parts. The author points out five problems in the management of these students in the first part, such as absence for classes, weak discipline, and so on. Two main causes are stated in the second part: firstly, some of them do not adopt management standands, but go their own way; secondly, most of them do not have clear, specific goals and lofty ideals. And there are three suggestions to improve their self-management abilities in the last part: Setting up dual goals, making better curriculun plans and introducing "self-supervision"thought.
