This essay firstly researches on the connotation of employ-ability, the characteristics of female students' employ-ability and ways to cultivate them in universities, on the basis of investigations and analysis of female students' present employ-ability. Then we suggest ways to cultivate them: to stick to human-based principle and stress on the 'Gender', to deepen educational reform and innovate mechanism of cultivation, and to stick to cultivate by cooperating with different departments in universities.
