Abstract:As the important content of judge's management system , China's current judge disciplinary system and program has problems of insufficient neutrality, being inadequate to protect the rights of the judge as well as unreasonable procedure, which seriously restricts the Chinese justice occupation guarantee level and judges professional construction, and needs urgent renovation and perfection. To reform judge disciplinary mechanism and procedure, a stronger occupation guarantee system is needed under the premise of effective supervision of the judge. In particular, a more neutral and professional disciplinary body is needed, more rights of procedure should be realized in judge disciplinary system, and the relief channel and mechanism should be improved
