College students’occupation socialization in minority area has unusual significance. Compared with the non minority areas, there are some differences in ideal of occupation, attitude, values and knowledge etc. The influence factors of college students' occupation socialization in minority area are mainly characteristics of college students, their family, school, peer groups, employers in the society and the social culture and medias and so on.
