In Chinese history, the Northern and Southern Song Dynasties are considered an extraordinary period, which firstly manifested in the following aspects, such as politically weak, interruption from the minority regime in the north, lag behind the previous dynasties. Meanwhile, the Two Song Dynasties occupied a fundamental position in the long history for its highly developed economy and prosperous culture, which demonstrated in its legislation. Referring to the legislation, especially in economy, namely the economic law in modern times, it has the groundbreaking significance in legal construction of ancient China. The economic law adopted the reasonable parts of the previous law and at the same time, the specialization of which had an indelible influence on the Song Dynasty and the later generations in economy and became the model of legislation for surrender since Song Dynasty.
