In Marx's opinion, the law of social development and the natural law have in common, hut also they have different characteristics. This paper mainly focuses on the common characteristics of social development law and the natural law which the laws have in common characteristics: objectivity, inevitability，repeatability etc, analyzing the generality has different forms with the social development law and the natural law, to highlight the difference with the social development law and the natural law.
