    摘要:

    近几年来,幼儿教师队伍中已不乏学前教育专业的研究生学历人才。通过深入访谈研究对象发现,研究生学历幼儿教师面临着当前的工作压力及未来发展的挑战,本文主要从幼儿园层面提出建议和对策,包括继续稳定待遇、关注工作环境和心理环境、有针对性制定职业发展规划以及激发对科研的积极主动性。

    Abstract:

    In recent years,there are many preschool teachers with preschool education major graduate students.Interviewing subjects to study finds that preschool teachers in master's degree are faced with the current work pressure and challenges of the future development.This paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures from the kindergarten level,including the continued stable treatment,attention to the work environment and psychological environment,targeted to make career planning and to stimulate the initiative of scientific research.
