The paper talks about the quantifiers of Xichang dialect of Sichuan Province in two parts. The first part describes and analyses some special quantifiers difference from mandarins and the second part depicts the special presentation of Xichang dialects’quantifiers in detail, which can be summed up into（1）“A＋M”、（2）“A＋M＋A＋M”、（3）“n＋M＋n＋M”、（4）“M＋是＋M”、（5）“M＋打＋M”、（6）“n＋打＋n＋M”、（7）“M＋把＋M”、（8）“M＋把”、（9）“M＋把＋两＋M”these nine formats.
