As an important component of China’s education system, adult education is regarded as a means of develop human resource, which helps intensify the core construction of human resource and allocate effectively to cultivate all-round human beings. The paper, to start with the definitions of adult education and human resource development,discusses the role of adult education in developing human resource, the efficient ways to enhance adult education of Sichuan University of Arts and Science situated in the Dazhou city and then facilitate the development of the local human resource.
