Instructors of local universities who are in the basic level fall into the dilemma that the role is“babysitter”or“tutor”, it means that the role of“babysitter”occupies a dominant position, and the role of“tutor”is marginalized. The factors of subjective, objective and environment account for this result. Only in this way that the role of“tutor”is highlighted, the humane mechanism of promotion and triage are built, the instructor’s quality is improved, instructors can get rid of this dilemma.
