Abstract:Humanism stresses the importance of human internal world, advocates student-centered“meaningful free learning”. There are problems in current training curriculum for teachers, such as trainer-centered course arrangements, similar course structures, laying more emphasis on theories but less integration course contents as well as single and rigid form of course. Meanwhile, from the perspective of humanism, the faculty training sticks to people-oriented ideas, to meet teachers’actual needs, to properly construct the curriculum, to scientifically allocate the teaching resource, to efficiently integrate the course contents and to enrich the training methods so as to realize the reconstruction of the curriculum system for teacher training.
