This paper mainly focuses on strategies of cultivating nonintellectual factors in order to promote students’ all-round development of secondary vocational schools in minority regions. Here five dimensions including teaching with heart, organizing comprehensive practical activities, making good use of the library, encouraging hands-on ability and cultivating creative thinking are discussed.
