Instructors play an extremely important role in work with student affairs in colleges and universities, their work determines the success or failure of students’ideological and political education as well as daily management. This paper analyzes some problems that need instructors’special attention from the standpoint of four role definitions, three basic elements and four aspects in instructors’work in order to help them effectively fulfil their duties and carry out other related work.
