Liangshan Association of Tibetan Studies has been devoting to research and dissemination of Tibetan culture since it was founded in 1998. This paper analyzes the current status, problems of Tibetology studies in Liangshan. The authors try to find out some solutions to these problems and come up with a proper approach for Tibetology studies according to the current national circumstances.
