This paper attempts to interpret the cultural image of Nezha on the semiotic theories of Cassirer, Susanne Lange, Lotman, Geertz. From the perspectives of the material culture and behaviral euhure, a three-dimensional semiotic understanding of the cultural image Nezha is proposed, and the traditional euhural heritage and spiritual value of Nezha are also discussed profiting from the methodologies of genetic epistemology.
