Belongingness reflexes the degree of acceptance, satisfaction and affection toward the environment. In order to help the urban homeless, one should know the status of their belongingness. The authors have investigated some urban homeless＇ degree of acceptance, satisfaction and affection toward the environment in Liangshan. They find that the. urban homeless in Liangshan have a low level of acceptance and satisfaetion. However, they have a rather high level dependency. How to increase the urban homeless＇ belongingness？ In this paper, effective ways were include： perfect legal system, complete assistance mechanisms and service system and so on.
