我国的司法实践表明，检察机关介入环境保护取得了较好的进展。鉴于此，本文梳理了法律及其他规范性文件中检察机关介入环境保护的途径并进行分析，在此基础上，探讨检察机关介入环境保护的拓展途径及保障机制。

Abstract:

Chinese judicial practice shows that tile Procuratorate＇ s involvement mode great progress. The article explores and analyzes the ways of the Procuratorate＇ protection in the laws and other normative documents, on the basis of which mechanisms are discussed. in environmental protection has s involvemen! in environmental the other ways and safeguard.
