Abstract:The headmaster trust is one of the headmaster and school faculty work important dimensions. At present, some school faculty to trust the principal becomes a scarce resource, so that it severely hampered the normal operation of school work and the development of education, The quality of the headmaster is the fundamental factors which affect the headmaster credibility. To win the trust of the staff, the headmaster must rationalize the five kinds of relationships: the use of power and virtuous example, institutional change and stability, system management and human concern, the headmaster responsibility system and democratic management, theoretical study and practice.
