The low vocational maturity of Chinese undergraduates is not good for their future career. It is a significant issue for our society, colleges, and families to concern how to improve the undergraduates＇ vocational maturity. College students should improve their own quality. Meanwhile, our government and society should enhance the effect of macro-controlling; our college students should receive professional psychological training： and our families should play their leading role.
