In common verbal communication, speakers follow some communication principles so that the conversation can last successfully, while sometimes speakers flout communication principles for some special meaning. In this thesis,it discusses the application of cooperation principles and polite principles in the course of business English correspondences, which produces special conversational implicature and conveys special business information.
