Abstract:Working with student affairs is complicated under new circumstances. It is a new challenge for university conselors' work. Because of unclear division of labor, indefinite responsibility and other disadvantages, traditional mode of their work is difficult to adapt to rapid development of work with student affairs and it goes against the development of conselors' specialization. However, based on elaborate division, the mode of teamwork can share the pressure and avoid the conflict among different roles. It also can maintain the justice of performance assessment and promote the specialization and profession of the counselor team.
