Abstract:With the fierce competition and the demanding requirements for talents, undergraduate universities are supposed to cultivate university students' professional skills as well as set up platforms to offer them with more and better employment opportunities so as to improve their competitiveness. The second academic education of self-study in undergraduate universities can not only help universities train more compound and applied talents, but also provide the undergraduates with a new platform and learning model to obtain the second academic certificates besides their undergraduate academic certificates. This article, based on the case study of Yancheng Teachers' university, probes into the educational management mode of self-study in undergraduate universities.
