With the emergence and development of the Internet, IT, the network has become one of the important means of the dissemination of information and people communicate. As an important tool of information carrier and communication the Network languagealso affects people＇s social life. In this paper, from the study of the Network language＇s vocabulary, syntax and semantics in recent years, analysis of characteristics of the network of language in the process of cultural dissemination, summed up the influence of the network language to the cultural dissemination communication, which can take full advantage of network language to guide the sound development of the cultural dissemination communication.
