Ever-changing international trade environment and intense competition for jobs have brought new challenges to higher vocational professional training work;In our country international trade major in higher vocational talents training mode has the problems of lacking of talent training standard system,improper curriculum,teacher lacking of practical experience,and single assessment method;Therefore,in order to reform existing talents training mode,we should establish a standard system of talents training and reasonable set curriculum,encourage teachers to participate in foreign trade as well as work,use variety of assessment methods and take advantage of employment’ to establish practical and training base.
